Q: Can I send an E-Mail message to anyone using a telephone?

A: No, the recipient must be on your contact list.

Q: I just opened a VoiceInMail account. How do I start?

A: Click on "How it works" on the menu bar.

Q: How does Follow Me work?

A: You select the order of calling (cell, work, home, etc.) in Member Login under 'Follow Me Settings'. When someone calls Follow Me's 800 number and enters your extension, it will call you in the order specified.

Q: Now that I have a VoiceInMail account can I forward my other E-Mail addresses (work, personal) to my voiceinmail.com account and check only one system?

A: Yes, contact your current email provider and ask them to forward your email to your voiceinmail.com email address.

OR

VoiceInMail can also check your current pop3 email accounts. You can set that up under Member Login, Options, POP Retrieval.

Q: Is there a live person I can speak to if I have a problem?

A: Yes, send your request via email to questions@voiceinmail.com and customer service will email you and call you back for your satisfaction.
