How It Works
Welcome to Voice In Mail Systems. This page will help you login and configure your new Voice In Mail account.

There are only a few tasks you will need to do before you can utilize all our exciting features.

LOGGING IN:

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. In your address bar type: www.voiceinmail.com <enter>

3. Click on ''Member Login' on the menu bar.

4. Enter your login, which is your username (your signed up with) @voiceinmail.com. For example john@voiceinmail.com.

5. Enter your password and click 'Log In'

CONFIGURATION (all to be done when logged in):

Changing PIN (default is 9999):

1. Click on 'Options' and a new window will open (make sure to allow pop-ups on voiceinmail.com)

2. In the new window, under 'Current PIN Number' remove the 9999 PIN and enter your new chosen PIN number.

3. Fill out 'Current Password' with your current password.

4. Fill out 'New Password' and 'Confirm New Password' with a new password or use your current password if you don't want to change it.

Adding FollowMe Contact Numbers:

1. Click on 'FollowMe Settings' under Folders on the left side of the screen.

2. Click on 'Add' and a new window will open (make sure to allow pop-ups on voiceinmail.com).

3. In the 'Description' text box, enter either 'home phone', 'office phone' or 'cell phone'. We suggest you using your cell phone number, so that you can be reached anytime, anywhere.

4. In the 'Phone' text box enter your phone number.
Call order you pick the order in which you want the system calling you.

5. Click 'Save'

Adding E-Mail Contacts/Forward2Email:

1. Click on 'Contacts' under Folders on the left side of the screen.

2. Click on 'Add' and a new window will open (make sure to allow pop-ups on voiceinmail.com).
Enter all your contacts information (First, Last, Email, Phone)

3 Choose the speed dial number used to send Voice E-Mails.

4. Chose 'yes' or 'no' on the 'forward2email' box. If yes is chosen it will call you when that specific contact emails you.

5. If 'no' is chosen it will not call you when that contact emails you.

FEATURE INSTRUCTIONS:

Voice to E-Mail:

- Call VIM at 877-240-4517

- Enter your phone number press #, enter 4 digit PIN and press #, and listen to the interactive menu.

- Press 1 for VIM Messaging, then

- Press 1 for sending a Voice In Mail, then

- Press 1 if you know the persons speed dial number OR-

- Press 2 if you'd like hear a list of your contacts with their speed dial number, then

- Press the contacts speed dial number followed by the # sign to send a Voice In Mail.

- When finished recording the message, press # to send the Voice In Mail.

- Message has been sent, you may now hang up or press * to go back to the main menu.

- Call VIM at 877-240-4517

- Enter your phone number press #, enter 4 digit PIN and press # and listen to the interactive menu.

- Press 1 for VIM Messaging, then

- Press 2 for VIM E-Mail Reader, then

- Press 1 if you want all E-Mails read to you OR-

- Press 2 if you'd like a list by 'From' and 'Subject' headers, to have a specific E-Mail read to you. (You'd press 1# for the first email 2# for the second email and so on)
(After the email message is read to you, you have the options to reply by voice straight to their email, save or delete the message, by either pressing 1#, 2# or 3#)

- Hang up, or press * to go back to the main menu.

Tele2Net –- VoIP Call From Any to Any Phone

- Call VIM at 877-240-4517

- Enter your phone number press #, enter 4 digit PIN and press #, and listen to the interactive menu.

- Press 2 for Tele2Net, then

- Press 1 to make a VoIP outbound call, then

- Enter the 10 digit phone number you'd like to call and press # to place the call.

- You will now be put on hold until connected.

- Call Follow Me at 877-649-2727

- Enter the extension number of the person you're calling and press #, and listen to the interactive menu.

- If you have Follow Me (Basic Plan and Professional Plan) the person calling you has to enter their 10 digit phone number and press #, record their name and press #, then
The phone number and name will then be emailed to your @voiceinmail.com email account.

- If you have Follow Me Plus+ (Enterprise Plan) the person calling you will be welcomed by the system and put on hold. The system will then ring all your phone numbers (you setup the order home/office/cell etc. online) until you answer one of them. You will then be put in a live connection with the caller. This feature makes it easier for people to reach you. No matter where you are you're available on your own 800 number.
