VoiceInMail respects
your privacy and has implemented the following policy
designed and intended for the user's protection. Each
of the four (4) components is discussed in detail below:
. Collecting

. Use of Cookies
. Uses of Information
. Sharing or Disclosure
of Information
Collecting
Information
When you open either a trial offer or a permanent account,
VoiceInMail asks that you provide the following information:
First and Last Name
Company Name (if appropriate)
Home and Business Address
Daytime Phone Number and Extension
Fax Number
Email Address
If you open a permanent account, VoiceInMail requires
the following additional information:
Credit Card Type

Card Number and Expiration Date
Billing Address (if different from address provided
before)
When the user provides sensitive information such as
your credit card number, VoiceInMail takes reasonable
steps to protect it. This may include encrypting your
card number. We will use credit card information only
for payment processing.
Use
of Cookies
VoiceInMail may track your visit to our web site by
giving you a "cookie" when the user enters
the site. Cookies are pieces of information that web
sites place on your computer's hard dive for record-
keeping purposes. They allow VoiceInMail to save passwords
and preferences so the next time you visit, you won't
have to re-enter them. Cookies also help us track user
trends and patterns. Tracking is anonymous. Most browsers
accept cookies by default. The user can reset his or
her browser either to notify you when you've received
a cookie or to refuse all cookies. However, some areas
of certain sites will not function properly if your
browser does not accept cookies.
Uses
of Information
VoiceInMail will use the information you give us during
registration for security, identification, correspondence
and service upgrade notifications. We also monitor customer
traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve the
site and provide you with a personal and effective experience
while using VoiceInMail.
Correspondence
VoiceInMail primarily uses e-mail to communicate with
customers, trial users and prospects. In an effort to
send users only e-mail that is of interest to them,
clicks on images, text or other hyperlinks in e-mail
messages are gathered. Every user who receives an informational
e-mail can opt-out of the e-mail distribution list simply
by replying to the e-mail with the word "remove"
or "un-subscribe" in the sender line.
Sharing
or Disclosure of Information
Neither your name nor any other personal information
will be intentionally distributed or sold without your
permission. (VoiceInMail may release, however, account
information when we believe, in good faith, that such
release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law;
enforce or apply our terms of agreement; or protect
the rights, property or safety of VoiceInMail, our users
or others.)
User's Consent to This Policy
By using the VoiceInMail web site or any part of the
services provided therein, the user consents to the
aforementioned policy. Any changes in VoiceInMail's
privacy policy will be posted here.
